Lake Colorado Bike Tour, Lake Colorado City,TX

this is a review for the 2010 Lake Colorado City,tx. bike tour. there were about 24 riders in attendance for this year. but the chamber of commerce did a great job of putting this ride together with what they had to work with at the last minute. we rode down well maintained county roads, went into the lake colorado city state park and around the lake, very little traffic, the lake residence were very friendly and very few dogs chasing us.very scenic route, it was a slow paced, leisurely ride, great ride for even novice/weekend riders as well as the racers. this tour needs to be publicized for next year. we got a barbque lunch to top off the ride. rest stops were well maintained as well. i will be back next year. charlie davis abilene,tx.
