We are considering a symposium of Ride directors to exchange ideas. If you are interested please contact me at bicyclestuff@gmail.com

Winter is here and once again I enter my plea for suggestions for improvement, criticisms or even compliments. Now while I have a little more time, is the time to improve and/or change. Any ideas? bicyclestuff@gmail.com

Real Ale Ride - Blanco, TX

May 2009

This ride lacked for nothing. It had everything…easy check in, started on time, fully stocked rest stops, plenty of toilet facilities, outstanding SAG support, brewery tours, live music, ice cream, great beer and real good barbeque at the finish. The 80 mile route was very scenic, had a large number of historical structures along it and was quite a challenge for my flatter land legs. The turnout for the ride was really good, but after attending the ride I don’t understand why it wasn’t larger. I hesitate to say this is the best I have attended, but I can sure say that it ranks right up there. Did I mention the beer and barbeque? And don’t overlook the cinnamon rolls down at the Bowling Alley Café. They can’t be beat!
