Ride on the Wild Side, King Ranch

This ride started its first 10 miles on the infamous King Ranch with varying scenery and smell. I did the 67 miles and really the majority did the smaller amounts but the few that did really kept a great fast pace. I have done quite a few rides and these 67 miles put you to the test. The roads were the kind that didn’t stop as far as being rough as a cob and amazingly enough there were a lot of ups and downs for south Texas. Other than that I felt for it being the third annual they have a great event that will hopefully only build for a great cause. I highly recommend this event to anyone who might be in the area next year.
