April 30, May 1st & 2nd 2004 - Southwest Tandem Rally, New Braunfels, Texas - 

May 1, 2004 - Beauty and the BEAST - Tyler, TX - Distances range from 12 to 64 miles. The 64 mile route ascends "The Beast" locally known as "Killer Hill.- T-shirts, water bottles, showers, door prizes, many flaggers, sag support, numerous rest stops, Free Kid's Race, plenty of parking, easy to find, no long lines, and a post-ride BBQ meal is included!

May 1-2, 2004 - MS150 Red River Challenge - Starting in Plano, TX - A two-day 150 ride 

May 8, 2004 - Rolling Hills Challenge - Columbus, TX - 25, 50, 62.5 and 100 Mile Routes -

May 8, 2004 - Blackjack 100, Cumby, TX - Routes of 10k, 50K and 100k. Start 8:30 a.m. Cost $15.00 until April 30,2004 And $ 20.00 after April 30, 2004 and the day of the ride.

May 8, 2004 - TNT Poker Rally, White Rock Lake, Dallas, TX - The "Fun Ride" is 1-3 laps around White Rock lake, the "Casino Ride" is up to 7 laps (~70 miles) Start 8:00 a.m. Cost $18.00/$15.00 by day of ride.

May 8, 2004 - Wild Ride at Wildflower - Richardson, TX - Routes of 30, 50 and 62 miles - Cost $25.00/$20.00 before April 8. -  

Friday, May 14, 2004 - BusinessDay Bike Ride. BBR is the intelligent alternative to working or golf on a Friday afternoon. Meet at Blue Goose Cantina (Dallas, lower Greenville) @ 2pm, circle WRL, socialize at 3:30pm. 15 to 25 miles (depends on # of laps). No drop. Free. No website. Addl'n info: rscott572@comcast.net

May 15, 2004 - Shiner Bash will happen at 7am. The 90 mile ride will leave from Austin San Antonio and from Houston and end in Shiner Texas. For more information call Lori Brown at 713.867.3256. -

May 15, 2004 - Old Tascosa Classic, Amarillo, TX - Routes of 7 mile, 30 mile and 52 mile Starting at 8:00 A.M. In Downtown Amarillo.- Criterium: .6 mile circuit course 8:15 am - 6:00 pm In Downtown Amarillo Northwest Texas Hospital ( NWTH ) Village Starting at 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM In Downtown Amarillo - Tour entry fee is $20 for pre-registered racers. Add $5.00 late fee for race day registration. Criterium and Road Tour fee is $50 for both or $25 for each individual race. Junior tour race is $10. Race day registration will be at the Northwest Hospital Health/Fitness Village at 5th & Polk or online at www.oldtascosaclassic.com .

May 15, 2004 -Cross Timbers Classic - Flower Mound, TX  -All new routes of 10, 32, 100K and 100 Miles.  Cost $18.00 prior to May 1, 2003 or $25 After May 1 - Start: 100-mile and 100K begin @ 7:30am 25-mile and 10-mile begin @ 7:45am  

May 16, 2004 - 2nd Annual Rolling Hills Bike Rally, McKinney, TX - Routes of 10, 20, 45 and 65 miles - Cost $20.00 pre registration. - Start 9:00 a.m. 

May 16, 2004 - The Santa Fe Century - Santa Fe, New Mexico - Routes of 25, 50, 75 and 100 miles - 

May 19, 2004 - The Ride of Silence - 7:00 p.m. all over the country -

May 22, 2004 - Ride to Action, Albuquerque, NM - 8:00 a.m. - Choose between 30, 60 and 100 mile rides - $35 Registration fee (non-refundable) - $100 Fundraising minimum - The national Shaken Baby Alliance, headquartered in Ft. Worth, TX, invites casual and SERIOUS riders to the RIDE TO ACTION, a 30/60/100 ride running through scenic New Mexico,,, out 'old Route 66' with some challenging climbs. Help combat child abuse for a $35 registration fee and $100 fund raising minimum.
