March 10, 2007 - 3rd Annual Spokes 'n Spurs Ride for the Ranch - Location: 2055 C.R. 284, Liberty Hill, TX 78642 - Route distances include a 6 mile family ride, 14, 28, 44 miles and a metric 100. Start time: 8:30 am. Last sweep: 2:30 pm. All skill levels welcome. Event Cost: Adults: $30 through 3/02, after 3/02 $35. Event Description: Ride for the ranch and enjoy beautiful views, gently rolling hills & wildlife of the Texas Hill Country. After the ride, join us back at the ranch for lunch (included in the registration fee). We will also have live music, hay rides, pony rides, stick horse rodeos and more for the little ones. March 31, 2007 - Ride for Heroes benefiting the volunteer fire, EMT and sheriff departments in East Parker County. Routes of 8, 32, 40, 52, 64 and 76 miles. Scenic routes around Lake Weatherford and Parker County. “Best Rest Stops in Texas” sponsored by the City of Willow Park and staffed by members of various Aledo High school clubs and organizations. Post ride meal included in entry fee. Ride starts at 8:15. Ride starts from the brand new Aledo High Stadium with plenty of new parking.
