Autumn in Bonham Bike Rally for 2014 to be Postponed
By: Bonham Area Chamber of Commerce
It is with great regret that the Directors of the Bonham Area Chamber of Commerce have made the difficult decision to postpone the 2014 Autumn in Bonham Bike Rally this year. This action comes after much discussion among the board members and input from area bike riders.
Due too much needed and still ongoing road construction throughout the county and the recognized need to refresh the Autumn in Bonham Bike Rally, the board felt that by postponing the bike rally for 2014 would allow for a much better event to be put on in 2015. With the addition of a new motel and our existing lodging options, the board is considering an event that would be much more family oriented and spread out over a two day period in order to attract a larger audience for a longer period to the Fannin County area.
More information on the upcoming 2015 Bike Rally will be released as we determine the dates and the events associated with it.
